Gluten Free Cookies

My family and I are on a gluten-free diet and I found some very tasty gluten free cookie recipes here. What are some web sites that have good recipes for other things?
what are some good flours to use?

A good place to start would be a website called Celiac Handbook – http://www.celiachandbook.com
They have a long list of blogs related to GF cooking. Some of them include:
    The Art of Gluten-Free Cookinghttp://theartofglutenfreecooking.blogspo…
    Book of Yumhttp://www.bookofyum.com/blog/
    Celiac Chickshttp://celiacchicks.typepad.com/celiacch…
    Gluten-Free Goddesshttp://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/
A great website devoted to GF recipes:
    GlutenFreedahttp://www.glutenfreeda.com
Also, a lot of the good supermarkets like Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Wegman’s and New Season’s offer GF cooking classes. Classes can be a great way to meet other people experimenting with the same recipes and trading stories of trial and error.
There are a lot more resources listed on Celiac Handbook but these are some of my favorites.
    Good luck.
