Here’s a variation of my Hot Artichoke Crab Dip:
2 Cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 Can diced green chilis
    1 T fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
1 can lump crab meat, drained and rinsed
1 to 1 1/2 cups good whole mayonaise
2 1/2 cups shredded Parmeseano-Reggiano or Italian Cheese Blend
Mix the above ingrediants and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly and its slightly golden. Remove from oven, and if you want, place in hollowed out sourdough loaf. Otherwise, serve with tortilla chips and/or baguette slices. Enjoy!
